FILL OUT THE APPLICATION COMPLETELY; do not leave any answer spaces blank. If a question does not apply, write "N/A". If more space is required, attach a continuation sheet. Clearly describe your qualifications in detail. This application is part of the examination. Your answers will determine your eligibility to participate in the next phase of the selection process. All completed applications will be reviewed and qualified applicants, based upon the information provided on their application and supplemental questionnaire, will be invited to participate further in the examination process. Depending on the number of qualified candidates the examination process may include an application screening, written exam, performance exam and/or oral interview.

Please submit the original application, not a photocopy. If you wish to have a copy of your application, please make a copy prior to submitting it. All materials submitted with the application become the sole property of the Superior Court and cannot be returned.
An original signed Application and Supplement Questionnaire (if required) must be turned in to Court Administration by the final filing date either by mail (postmarks not accepted) or hand delivered. Faxed applications will not be accepted. Failure to submit a required supplemental questionnaire will result in disqualification. Resumes may not be submitted in lieu of an application and/or supplemental questionnaire.
Depending on the number of qualified candidates the examination process may include an application screening, written exam, performance exam and/or oral interview. If you require accommodation in the examination/interview process, please contact Court Administration at (530) 621-7421 at least five (5) days before a scheduled interview/examination.
Candidates being considered for employment will be required to be fingerprinted.
If hired, you will be required to present your Social Security card prior to starting work. You must also present documentation to verify your identity and your eligibility to work in the United States in accord with the Immigration Reform and Control Act.
