Local Rules
Effective July 1, 2009
In addition to these local rules, El Dorado Superior Court enforces all applicable state statutes and the California Rules of Court. Counsel and self-represented litigants are responsible for knowing and complying with applicable state statutes and the California Rules of Court. In general, the local rules do not contain rules that are duplicative of state statutes or the California Rules of Court.
The following rules of court for the Superior Court of California, County of El Dorado are adopted July 1, 2009 and replace the rules previously adopted.
